This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how LOVO, Inc. (together with our affiliates, “LOVO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, share, and use Personal Information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. It is the policy of LOVO to respect your privacy, and the privacy of all users of our applications and Services, and we are strongly committed to keeping information from or about you secure.

This Policy applies to Personal Information that we collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your information when you use or interact with us, such as when you:
1) visit and other affiliate Web Sites (collectively, “Web Sites”), and web/mobile applications, software, tools, and documentation (collectively, the “Services”) that link to this Policy; and

2) engage with us in any other ways, including any events, emails, or social media posts.

When you visit our Web Sites, use, and interact with the Services, we may receive certain information about your visit, use, or interactions, including the following:

  • Log data: Information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit the Web (“log data”). Log data includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you interacted with the Web Sites.
  • Usage data: We may automatically collect information about your use of the Services, such as the types of content that you view or engage with, the features you use and the actions you take, as well as your time zone, country, the dates and times of access, user agent and version, type of computer or mobile device, computer connection, IP address, and the like.

However, refusing a cookie may in some cases preclude you from using, or negatively affect the display or function of, a website or certain areas or features of a website, including our Web Sites. Further information about how to disable cookies can be found on your Internet browser provider’s help screen.
  • Analytics: We may use a variety of online analytics products that use cookies and other tracking features to help us analyze how users use the Web Sites and Services and enhance your experience when you use the Web Sites and Services.

We may use your submitted voice recording data solely to improve our Services provided to you, and it will never be shared with anyone or any third parties for non-related purposes.

Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy and follow its guidelines.
