Suppose you are not using your subscription plan for a while, but don’t want to cancel your subscription In that case, the pause subscription feature offers an alternative to canceling your subscription plan entirely, which pauses payment for a number of months before using your subscription again.
The pause subscription is only available for monthly customers who can choose from a minimum of 1 month, or up to 6 months of pausing subscription.
Below are the two easy steps to pause your subscription!
Step 1
Go to Subscription and click the three dot icon at the upper right corner of the current plan card and click “Pause Subscription.”
Step 2
Choose the number of months you would like to pause your subscription and click “Pause Subscription”.
|Reminder: You can reactivate your subscription anytime before the window you initially planned to pause.
Optional Step: Reactivating Subscription
Go to Subscription and click the three dot icon at the upper right corner of the current plan card and click “Reactivate Subscription.”
